Australia Awards South and West Asia

For International Women’s Day this year, Australia Awards scholars from South Asia and Mongolia were invited to apply the digital communication skills they learnt during recent workshops by entering a video outlining what International Women’s Day 2023 means to them into a competition. 

The competition winners were announced at the end of an IWD scholars panel event on 7 March. All submissions were of a high quality with prizes awarded to Rakshya Risal from Nepal, Munkhzul ‘Zula’ Erdenedagva from Mongolia and Supun Jayawardena Diwelawatte from Sri Lanka.
